It doesn't how you get in, the thing is that you are there. Lol! Nigeria's new Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, has entered the Guinness Book of Records as the shortest serving OPEC President.

He was removed as OPEC president after just two weeks in office. See his last day in office...
