Senate Minority Leader Godswill Akpabio Sacked?

According to SR, the Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, has been kicked out of the Senate. Akpabio is a PDP Senator representing Akwa Ibom and is a former two term governor.

 Other sources however said his election was upheld by the court.
